Job Summary and Responsibilities

The incumbent is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a patient assignment through therapeutic use of self the nursing process and other health care team members. The incumbent as a member of the health care team appropriately assists team members in providing holistic care to patients and their support systems with an awareness of cost containment and time management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

• 1 year Operating Room and / or CSOR experience within the last two years in acute care hospital OR 2 years recent circulating experience in outpatient surgery center.
• Associate's in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Current California RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be certified through the American Heart Association)

NOTE : If it can be supported operationally training may be offered to applicants having 2 years of recent acute care experience in a Critical Care or Emergency Room.

$52.59 - $71.48 / hour
