Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors

Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial interior projects from pre-construction to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors should have :

  • 20+ Years NYC Experience
  • Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
