Director of Accounting - Financial Services | RELO to Pompano Beach, FL

Salary : Up to $300,000 (based on experience)

Relocation Assistance Available - TN residents only

A growing financial services firm in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a highly skilled Director of Accounting to lead its accounting operations. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a CPA with deep experience in loan accounting and financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all accounting functions, with a focus on loan accounting and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and reporting packages
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic financial initiatives
  • Be available to work extended hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines

Qualifications :

  • Active CPA license (required)
  • Extensive experience in financial services and loan accounting
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Pompano Beach, FL
  • Flexibility to work late hours when needed
