Payroll tax specialist

Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for compliance and problem-solving? Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll tax reporting across multiple states, researching and resolving tax issues, and supporting quarterly / year-end processes and audits.

What We're Looking For :

• 4+ years of experience with payroll tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Deep knowledge of State and Federal payroll laws
• Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
• Experience with payroll systems and data querying (Workday or similar)
• A Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred)
