Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Engineering Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Advise the VP Engineering on all aspects of the engineering mission

Manage and evolve onboarding processes to integrate engineers into teams and workflows

Organize department meetings and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Chief of Staff, or Sr. Executive Assistant in a SaaS company

Understanding of engineering processes to collaborate effectively with technical teams

Strong leadership skills with a track record of operational improvement

Experience with large presentations and facilitating efficient meetings

Ability to think strategically and navigate complex problems
