Job descriptionDraft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda Assist with fact development and depositions Develop case strategy 8+ years of product liability and / or complex commercial litigation experience, particularly involving pharmaceutical / medical devices Strong experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues Large law firm experience (Am Law 100 background preferred) Excellent academic credentials and writing skills
