Essential Functions :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance services including but not limited to :

• Plumbing electrical heating and air conditioning repairs
• Carpentry appliance repairs and glass replacement
• Completing daily work orders as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies
• Performing apartment make-ready work
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
• Participating in preventive maintenance programs
• Following all safety regulations and standards
• Assisting with other duties as required.

Travel Requirements : This position requires reliable transportation and 100% onsite work. Travel requirements may change at any time.

Physical Demands / Work Environment : This job requires the ability to lift / push / pull up to 75 pounds; exposed to mechanical / electrical / chemical hazards; work outdoors in a wide disparity of environmental conditions; manipulate hand tools while exerting moderate physical strength or while in cramped / strained positions; exposed to dust / fumes; wear protective clothing; work irregular hours.
