Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00AM–5 : 00PM

BGSF is seeking a high-energy, experienced Maintenance Technician to support a well-established apartment community in Tustin, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and delivering excellent service to residents.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Complete and troubleshoot daily apartment service requests
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Install and repair household appliances
• Change / repair locks, lighting, and basic hardware
• Assist with interior / exterior painting, touch-ups, and light drywall repair
• Help with groundskeeping and general community upkeep
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and staff
• ️ What You Bring
• Apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong skills in plumbing, basic electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Positive energy and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools required (power tools a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist where needed
• Professional communication and reliable attendance
