DTS Clinical Sales Manager
As a DTS Clinical Sales Manager you will provide account management for the ROSA system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA on the clinical level. You will also play a critical role in building the robotic expert team in the use of the ROSA system. In addition, you would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the clinical services team with a specific focus on account development and account management.
Responsibilities include :
- Leading a team of DTS Clinical Sales Specialists to on-board new accounts and drive customer excellence
- Developing a hospital specific support plan with hospital administrators, surgeons, and hospital staff to enable independent use of the ROSA System
- Driving system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals' patient and local market
- Developing account development plans tailored to the local market
- Developing a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities
- On-boarding the local Sales Rep to take-over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, follow-up the account post-implementation day
- Developing and supporting implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity
- Supporting the sales team in providing relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goals
- Driving excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals
- Supporting advance technology upgrades
- Educating teams and further enhancing ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologies

Demonstrating the ability to accept and adapt to different working practices as required by surgeons and hospitals whilst maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocolsStrong project management skills to assist in advancing ROSA account developmentAbility to determine one's own schedule based on business needsUnderstanding of technical medical language and anatomy to interact with surgeons and theatre staffProven organizational skills and effective time managementBackground includes :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredSignificant experience across the medical device industryClinical sales experience or orthopedic sales or case coverage experiencePrior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferredEntrepreneurial, target orientation and organizational skills, analysis capability, problem solvingTravel Expectations :
Up to 60% across the country with occasional international travel
