Position Summary :

The Telecommunication Operator is responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing routine information, and directing call to the appropriate parties. Ensures timely and accurate processing of emergency medical and facility codes. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

Education :

High School Diploma or GED

Experience :

Previous switchboard experience
