Sherman Associates is currently seeking an experienced and engaging Maintenance Technician at Bottineau Commons (119 units) and Bottineau Lofts (37 units) that delivers affordable housing to Minneapolis.

Schedule & Hours :

• The schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM.
• Some evening and weekend on-call rotations are required. Ask about our new on-call incentive program!

Pay Range : $23-26 / hour + commission / bonus eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
