The Maintenance Technician 2 is a critical member of our team who can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. Maintenance Technicians are accountable for identifying and resolving problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.

Starting pay $23 per hour (and more based on experience)!

• Maintenance Incentive Plan- a potential to earn up to another $2.43 per hour
