HR Coordinator

Job Title : Tier 1 - HR Coordinator

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Contract, 6 months

What You'll Do :

Process global employee life-cycle changes in the HRIS (Workday) through our Help case queue platform.

Includes new hires, terminations, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and org structure updates (e.g., department or supervisor changes).

Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for terminations, performance, and new hires.

Respond to daily employee inquiries by applying knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Run, distribute, and analyze HR and Finance reports as needed.

Assist in HR compliance efforts including personnel file audits, benefits documentation, and consistent document filing.

What You Bring :

1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.

Experience with HRIS systems-Workday experience is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

A people-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
