A company is looking for a Contact Center Account Executive for the MidMarket segment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and upselling to existing accounts
Communicate the value of the Contact Center portfolio to senior stakeholders and IT decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies
Required Qualifications
Proven success in cloud Contact Center or SaaS sales, preferably in the Mid-Market segment
Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders
Experience selling to Line-of-Business and IT leaders, including C-level executives
Deep understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS, and cloud communications solutions
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
