Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Location : Metro Detroit (Exact location disclosed during interview)

Pay : Competitive, based on experience

The Role :

We're looking for a hands-on, all-around maintenance technician who knows how to troubleshoot, fix, and finish the job right the first time. You'll be the go-to for day-to-day upkeep and emergency calls across our apartment units and grounds.

Must-Have Experience In :

• General carpentry (doors, trim, drywall patching, framing)
• Plumbing (toilet installs, sink / faucet repairs, clogs, leaks, PEX / copper / ABS / PVC work)
• Electrical (replacing fixtures, outlets, switches, troubleshooting breakers)
• Appliance installation and repair (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer / dryer)
• HVAC (basic troubleshooting, filter swaps, thermostat installs - EPA cert a plus)
• Painting (interior, prep work, taping / clean lines)
• Flooring (vinyl plank, tile patching, carpet repairs)
• Lock changes and rekeying
• Basic roofing and gutter maintenance
• Exterior upkeep (power washing, sidewalk patching, snow / ice removal)
