The selected Strategic Sourcing Specialist candidate will join the Mechanical Assembly team in the Government Center of Excellence, supporting the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts for key Honeywell programs. Starting with proposals, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating long-term agreements with suppliers. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will help drive the completion of compliant FAR15 packages and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with program requirements. This person selected for this position will work in our Glendale, AZ, Tempe, AZ, Phoenix, AZ or Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note : For the first 90 days, External New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations.
• Support negotiations (price, terms & conditions)
• Manage key program suppliers.
• Build supplier strategies to enable the best overall value to Honeywell

COMPENSATION :

The salary range for this position is $68K - $95K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
