HVAC Service Technician

Your pay : $26 - $32 per hour to start, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks :
- Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
- Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
- Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
- Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
- Remain customer service focused.
Experience or Certification needed :
- 5+ years of HVAC Service Experience.
- EPA universal certification preferred.
- OSHA 10 preferred.
- Must reside in the Knoxville, TN area.
You need to be able to :
- Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
- On call availability.
- Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift / carry up to 60 lbs.
- Work efficiently in confined spaces.
- Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
