Overview

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our expanding Delivery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of key Data Center projects, particularly focused on data centre build-out initiatives that are critical to the long-term success of our organisation.

You will work closely with Program Managers, Engineering Teams, and our Leadership Group to ensure successful delivery of project milestones, while contributing to quarterly planning and long-term strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed day-to-day project implementation plans for specific Data Centre build-out initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed on schedule.
• Coordinate daily activities across technical teams, vendors, and support functions to ensure progress is tracked and issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify, track, and escalate implementation risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies in alignment with the Program Manager's oversight.
• Provide regular project status updates, metrics, and dashboards to the Program Manager and stakeholders, maintaining transparency on timelines and outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with value stream and organisational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to NMC² Delivery Lifecycle and Governance Framework across all project activities, maintaining alignment with organisational standards and best practices.
• Represent HPC projects at governance forums, providing clear and concise updates on status, progress, and risks.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to maintain a healthy product backlog aligned with capacity, strategic key results, and broader value statements.
• Act as the central point to technical teams, and external partners, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective reporting.
