Seeking Call Center Reps in Pflugerville! Multiple Shifts Available!!!
Openwork is currently interviewing for Call Center Reps on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis for a well-known client in the Pflugerville area! If you have experience in a call center environment, have good customer service skills and are computer proficient please apply today! These are immediate openings and are slated to start ASAP!
Shifts Available : 1st Shift : 8am-5pm
1st Shift : 8am-5pm
2nd Shift : 1pm-9pm
What you’ll be responsible for :
- Respond to customer service questions in a timely manner
- Field inbound calls and making outbound calls based on assigned call lists
- Document all encounters in online logs
- Adhere to scripts while walking customers through the process
- Use empathy to support customer questions
What you’ll need :
- 6+ months of experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional phone voice and etiquette
- Proficiency with computers and good typing skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Minimum High School Graduate or GED
- Selected candidates will be required to pass all pre-hire employment checks, which may include a criminal background check
Pay range : $20 to $23 per hour, DOE
