As the Director of Operations , you'll be at the helm of operations, managing strategic plans, driving profitability, and building relationships with stakeholders, all while fostering a culture of excellence. What You’ll Do :
- Lead with Vision : Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives productivity and efficiency across multiple locations.
- Maximize Profitability : Guide each business unit to meet or exceed budgetary and profitability goals, while keeping a sharp eye on cashflow, work execution, and timely payment collection.
- Build High-Performing Teams : Hire, train, coach, and develop top talent across the region. Lead your team to achieve success by providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support.
- Collaborate for Success : Work cross-functionally with other business units to share best practices and resources, driving operational excellence across the organization.
- Drive Growth : Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships that will lead to long-term growth.
