Job description
$2M annual funding Mortgage bank in Los Angeles seeking
a loan officer with experience to handle and manage incoming files for mostly DSCR loans.
- Ideal candidate is originating their own business and can handle more files in their pipeline.
- Ideal candidate will adapt to our lead-gen programs with Realtors & Investors.
- ideal candidate can onboard this month and take on new files right away.

Current Mortgage consultants are making over $12,000 per month with our team.
There's no base but plenty of basis points, HIGHER splits, incoming leads, competitive rates and working DIRECTLY with UPPER management of a mortgage bank to pull strings and get deals FUNDED!
