Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist
Build and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to track team performance and partner KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner lifecycle management and support operational scaling
Required Qualifications
4+ years in partner management, account management, or operations roles
2+ years of people management experience
Proven Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of both residential and commercial solar markets
