In this role you will be responsible for aligning the business needs and technical solutions with a focus on defining and documenting data interfaces, injecting technical logic into conversation flows and collaborating closely with Technical Leads to ensure successful chatbot integrations. Top Skills: 7+ years professional experience in the software industry, in a Technical Business Analyst role Proficient with process flow software such as LucidChart and/or Visio Knowledge of API interfaces required to support conversational dialog Experience with API integration tools such as Postman or Swagger or similar tools Highly motivated, independent worker with a pulse on industry trends and best practices.
