We are looking to add dedicated team members to keep the runways at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport clear for departure! In the winter months, this team is busy clearing snow from runways, taxi ways, roadways, terminals, and public areas. When the snow is not falling, our Airport Maintenance Workers are busy with grounds keeping, mowing, trash removal, fence installation, concrete and asphalt repairs, and other duties that keep the airport looking great!

Pay Differentials / Incentives :

• $0.60 / hour - Class A CDL
• $.40 / hour - Forklift Certification
• 1.25 / hour - 2nd Shift
• $2.00 / hour - 3rd Shift

Current Shifts :

Shift assignments are bid twice each calendar year, based on seniority. Note that new employees typically start on the day shift for the training period before moving to their assigned shift. In addition to competitive hourly wages, workers can also earn overtime and longevity pay.
