This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of Project Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role with extended experience in either commercial / residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Requirements :

• Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture.
• Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
• Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client / stakeholder communication.
• Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
• Requires 35+ years of experience, water / mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certification preferred, and leadership of 510+ person crews.
• Education : High School Diploma- GED / Associates / Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ideal for a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
