Location : Van Wert, OH (30 miles from Fort Wayne, IN) Dates : Mid-January and ongoing until permanent is hired (option for locums to permanent) expected to be 60-90 day assignment or more Schedule : Monday Thursday 8a-4 : 30p (option for part time if desired) Scope : General dentistry crowns, fills, extractions, etc Volume : 10-12 patients / day Support : 2 Dental Assistants, 2 Hygienists EMR : DentrixRequired : Active OH license, Clean Background
