• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our clients' indoor environments by delivering high-quality installations. Responsibilities :

Installation : Install HVAC systems and components, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork, according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Repair : Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant problems. Provide effective repairs to restore systems to proper functioning.

Customer Service : Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain installation process, thermostat usage, etc. and answer any questions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with all service interactions.

Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and codes related to HVAC installation and repair. Ensure that all work complies with local and national building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.

Valid HVAC technician license and / or EPA certification.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
