Job Description

Define Processes across customer persona and user journey maps.

Define epics and create User Stories for customer MVP backlog.

Align with customer business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.

Prepare deliverables documentation and align with customer expectations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Validate the overall design from a functional perspective and provide inputs for alignment.
