As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for customers and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure atmosphere.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons within the premises.

Collaborate with store staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and contribute to a positive experience for clients and shoppers.

Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and interactions as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

One or more of the following is required : at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
