As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter potential risks or suspicious activity.
  • Observe for any unusual activity or security-related concerns and report findings to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership as required.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying authorized personnel, and assisting with visitor management as instructed by site policies.
  • Assist with crowd management, queue control, and / or other tasks to support a secure environment for employees and visitors at the financial institution.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Candidates must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
