- Lead concierge team with three direct reports. Schedule, evaluate, and develop team. Oversee all concierge operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration for hourly employees : Concierge, Fitness Instructors, ski instructors for Club Activities, Holiday Help
- Post positions, interview candidates, and manage recruiting process in Success Factors for all club positions.
- Manage Club Accounting pertaining to member expenses at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Club Amenities. Reconcile monthly billing, submit payments and communicate with Marriot billing department.
- Build and maintain business relationships with partners at the Ritz to ensure smooth billing process.
- Purchase and manage inventory of all club office supplies and members' lounge supplies. Use of COUPA to manage POs and ONBASE to manage invoices
- Provide accurate monthly forecast of department expenses and meet budget goals
- Record and manage employee compliance requirements
- Oversee Club Facilities projects including capital projects
- Member data entry and maintenance of Alice, and MYEMMA
- Assist with concierge duties as needed (answering phones, making reservations, answering member inquiries)
- Assist with Food and Beverage duties in BGC Members Lounge
- Lead Journey to Zero program for the Club
- Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with high-end clientele
- Communicate with outside vendors for scheduling and payments
- Manages Club Retail Program : Buying, sales, inventory, receiving, merchandising, create and meet sales goals, produce and update club retail policy and procedure training manual, guide and train employees on sales program procedure
- Train new employees in all aspects of Club Operations
- Maintain high standards throughout daily assignment and provide members with exceptional service
- Act as MOD
- Communicate / train on emergency and safety procedures for the property and the established emergency plan. Responsible for SAFARI department training.
- Complete delegated tasks and projects; assists other departments as business volumes and employee levels demand
- Drive company vehicle to pick up items from warehouse and mailroom and drive on club activities.
- Support Club Programming : assist in leading Club Activities / Events
- Assist as host of Friday evening Club Social Event
- Work closely with high-end clientele
- Works weekends
- Experience in luxury private club or hotel and high-end clientele
- Billing experience
- Retail experience
- Experience in leadership position with direct reports
- Valid Colorado drivers license
- Computer proficiencies : COUPA, PeopleSoft, Success Factors, Guest Connect, JONAS, Alice, OnBase, My EMMA, Microsoft - Outlook, Excel
- Excellent English with professional verbal and written skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- TIPS and ServSafe certification
- Bachelor Degree
