Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager
📍 Location : Sumter, SC (Onsite)
💲 Rate : $65–75 / hr on W-2 (No C2C)
Overview
We are seeking a Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager to lead manufacturing and capital expenditure programs from concept through completion. This role will focus on enhancing operational harmonization , driving effective governance , and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple projects. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and report to executive leadership—while ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement in manufacturing excellence.
This is an onsite position at our Sumter, SC facility, requiring daily presence for hands-on collaboration with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute large-scale programs from initiation through closure, focusing on manufacturing and capital projects .
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive governance processes, gate reviews, and executive-level reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Implement performance metrics, conduct postmortems, and identify best practices.
- Oversee installation, relocation, or optimization of high-volume automated production lines.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives within a Lean environment .
- Operate independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in program or project management in manufacturing , medical device , automotive , or aerospace environments.Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $2M .Experience with high-volume, automated production lines , process optimization, and continuous improvement.Strong command of program governance , resource management, and reporting.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, operators, and senior management.Results-driven with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and decision-making.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Business , or related field (required).PMP certification or Six Sigma belt (preferred).Experience in structured gated project systems and Lean manufacturing .
