Responsibilities
- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
- Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

A Bachelor's degree3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management SolutionsOverall IT projects implementation of 4+ yearsStrong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM specifically around Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence ManagementWide experience in playing roles as Project Manager / module Lead / SMRExperience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, US experience requiredExperience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence modelProficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for HCM technology deploymentsExcellent knowledge of features in HCM applications; ability to understand HR business needs and advise on best practices of HCM deploymentsStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsAbility to travel up to 50%+ as required by clientIdeally, you'll also have
MBA or MS degree preferred, but not requiredOracle Cloud HCMADP experience preferred, but not requiredWhat We Offer You
