Senior Salesforce Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and scale Salesforce solutions for staffing and recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for staffing and recruiting operations

Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Recruitment Cloud to align with agency workflows

Drive deployment automation and CI / CD best practices using Copado

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce engineering or development experience

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Recruitment Cloud

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs

Proven experience with Copado for release management and deployment automation

Solid understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, and security best practices
