V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Intake Coordinator : I for our premier client in Centennial, Colorado .

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for coordinating referrals received from referral sources.
• Enters patient demographic, clinical and insurance information into the computer system.
• Maintains confidentiality of patients and proprietary information.
• Coordinates with other departments including Sales, Access and clinical staff regarding the status of the referrals and any authorization requirements and out-of-pocket cost required to be collected before delivery.
• Completes documentation of progress notes in computer system.
• Notifies patients / caregivers regarding insurance coverage and payment responsibilities.
• Ensure that insurance verification is completed and patients have accepted financial responsibility prior to initial shipment.
• Ensure that all required documentation has been received to process the referral timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
