In This Role, You Will :

Oversee and lead daily nursing operations

✅ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and care standards

‍ Mentor, train, and develop nursing staff for excellence

Drive continuous improvement in care quality and outcomes

Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

What You Bring to the Table :

• Licensed  Registered Nurse (RN)  in good standing
• 2+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing care teams
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership
