As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help with all stages of production — from preparing molds and pouring concrete to finishing, stacking, and loading completed culverts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and seeing real results from their efforts every day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare forms and molds for concrete pours
• Assist in pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete culverts
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
