Hours & Pay

1st Shift : $19.00 / hour | Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (overtime may begin at 5 : 00 AM)

2nd Shift : $19.30 / hour | Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (overtime may extend until 1 : 30 AM)

3rd Shift : $19.55 / hour | Sunday - Thursday, 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM (overtime occasionally on Fridays)

What You'll Do Each Day

• Set up and operate Osterwalder, Dorst, and Teledyne carbide presses
• Perform computer-controlled setup and make necessary adjustments
• Load and offload inserts from multiple presses
• Gauge inserts to ensure accurate dimensions and quality standards
• Use a scope to verify the visual characteristics of parts
• Pull samples and record inspection results in computer systems
• Weigh and prepare Tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts
• Accurately separate scrap from good inserts and document results
• Maintain tooling, resurfacing as needed
• Troubleshoot moderate machine and production issues
• Operate additional equipment as required to support production
