Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing team in Columbia, SC . You will work side-by-side with experienced partners on complex litigation matters—not just product liability, but a broad range of high-stakes cases. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation / trial prep experience.

Responsibilities

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven attorney with significant litigation experience to take a more hands-on role in preparing cases for trial. Associates support national trial teams and play a visible role in client-facing matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• litigation experience in defense or corporate law
• Experience billing time in a law firm setting
• Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills
• Work-life balance
