Business Systems Analyst

Performs reporting and system maintenance functions for Patient Management, Patient Accounting & Decision Support. Evaluates opportunities to integrate data and reporting with Decision Support System. Provides ad hoc reports. Assists in information tracking, forecasting and modeling. Works with Patient Management / Patient Accounting Trainer to provide training as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and / or acceptable equivalent of education, training and experience. Minimum experience : 3-5 years experience in Hospital systems, knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and / or Ad hoc reporting. Self motivation and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good planning and organizational skills. Ability to work as a team player with department heads. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
