Job Description : Arcadia University invites applications for the position of Paid Media Strategist within the Enrollment Management and Marketing division. Reporting to the Director for Enrollment Marketing and Analytics, this position plays a key role in advancing Arcadia's enrollment goals through the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Search, Display, Paid Social, etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-informed, strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of paid media strategy, digital marketing tools and platforms and a passion for creating compelling campaigns that resonate with prospective undergraduate and graduate students.

• Developing, executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns that drive lead generation and enrollment for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Managing digital advertising budgets, performance tracking, and reporting across platforms.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated and student-centered marketing efforts.
• Aligning paid digital strategy with SEO, content, and brand initiatives across the University's digital presence.
• Using data insights and analytics tools to guide decision-making, improve campaign outcomes, and inform future strategies.
