Duties
- Manage a broad portfolio of business immigration cases
- Prepare and file applications and petitions with USCIS, DOL, and other agencies
- Draft legal documents including support letters, forms, briefs, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Analyze client eligibility and advise on best immigration options
- Maintain regular communication with corporate clients and beneficiaries
- Monitor changes in immigration law and inform internal teams of relevant updates
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve legal workflows and system efficiencies
Requirements
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in U.S. business immigration lawProficiency in preparing H-2B and NIW petitions strongly preferredProven ability to manage complex legal caseloads and deadlinesFamiliarity with USCIS and DOL proceduresEducation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (New Jersey preferred)Member in good standing with relevant state barSkills
