Channel Marketing Manager

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to support our global channel marketing efforts. This role will contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies with our distribution partners, focusing on driving revenue through effective marketing campaigns and content creation.
What You'll Do
Campaign Support & Execution :
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns with distribution partners.
Support the implementation of co-marketing programs for distributors to generate leads and demonstrate ROI.
Help establish and maintain lead follow-up mechanisms with distributors.
Coordinate campaign execution with global distributors and internal teams.
Content Development & Management :
Contribute to ideating and developing compelling content strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
Support the creation of effective campaign content targeting key vertical industries (e.g., clean energy, automotive, industrial automation).
Work with distributors to create engaging and educational materials, including collateral, presentations, videos, and website landing pages.
Collaboration & Support :
Collaborate with Global Distribution Partners to align marketing activities with corporate channel priorities.
Provide support to Business Units, Applications Marketing, Channel Development, and Sales teams.
Assist in the formulation of channel-specific marketing plans based on business drivers.
Performance Tracking & Optimization :
Help track and report on marketing campaign performance and revenue results.
Support the measurement of metrics and KPIs aligned with sales goals, focusing on lead generation.
Assist in identifying best practices and optimizing strategies for channel marketing.
Who You Are :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within a B2B technology company.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and programs, ideally with channel partners.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of channel dynamics and indirect sales channels.
Proficiency in campaign development and management, including social media, ABM, and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to travel occasionally (up to 10-15% of the time, as needed).
