Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview :

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. This role will support Project Managers with administrative tasks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. This position will also help with material procurement, submittals, approvals, and permitting.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Help coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings and preparing invoices, reports, expenses, and estimates.
• Solicitation of quotations for buyout packages from vendors.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers on issues relating to project goals.
• Conduct research for project information.
• Assist in achieving project goals and ensure the timely execution of project activities.
• Keep track of project success and development.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet client expectations and needs.
• Manage and update project reports, feedback, and costs.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
