Job Summary / Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with an organization that provides billing support to find an Accountant. As the Accountant, you will be working within a small team, responsible for various accounting functions to include managing license compliance, General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, month end, etc. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, at least 2 years’ experience in an Accountant role and is able to learn new systems easily, work in a fast pace and is a team player. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
• Oversee month-end close processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial data while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Manage licensing, compliance tracking, and fixed asset reporting.
