Position Summary: Custodian Technician 1 - Part-Time
We are looking for a responsible Custodian who can keep our facility clean. The Custodian is responsible for keeping a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting purchase requests when supplies get low.
Position / Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
High school diploma or equivalent coupled with two or more years of experience in custodial work.
Respond for urgent calls to clean up non-toxic spills and debris.
Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the facility looking clean and professional
Adhere to the company's safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
Perform routine cleaning tasks based on the facility management schedule
Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing them
Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling
Clean and service custodial equipment as needed
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including , for access to classified information; eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance is required
Abilities:
