Hourly Rate : $39 $55 / hr

Job Overview

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking AWS Support Engineers to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a net-new AWS Connect environment. The role involves troubleshooting, assisting senior engineers, creating documentation, and supporting operational activities. This is a fully remote position supporting PST hours .

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 phone support for AWS Connect.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS Connect configurations and integrations.

Assist senior engineers in maintaining and optimizing the AWS Connect environment.

Build custom reports to track the efficiency of configurations and integrations in the AWS Connect Reporting Dashboard.

Maintain and update documentation for support procedures and system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

2 3 years of experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for AWS Connect .

Strong troubleshooting skills within AWS Connect environments.

Experience creating custom reports for AWS Connect dashboards.

Proficient in documentation and knowledge transfer.

Desired Skills

AWS Certification (any level) is a plus.

Familiarity with M&O support activities in AWS environments.

Additional Information

Fully remote position; candidate must be comfortable supporting PST hours .
