Coordinator Job Description

The Coordinator will be responsible for the review and adjudication of candidate's background reports such as MVRs, criminal, employment, and education background reports to ensure compliance with Ryder's policies as well as local, state, federal regulations. Provide guidance to questions on departmental services, functions, or practices. Provide support to recruiting partners and the business. Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Prepare reports or maintain files. Locate, compile, or enter data into databases, files, or spreadsheets. Remote work from home.

Essential Functions :

• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• This position serves as the back-up to the I-9 compliance coordinator.
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed.

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Hourly

Minimum Pay Range : $19.00

Maximum Pay Range : $19.00
