Overview :

Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Broadview Heights, OH to hire a dedicated Intervention Specialist for an elementary classroom. This role focuses on supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities and is a full-time, on-site position for the full 202526 academic year.

Responsibilities :

Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals

Modify curriculum and adapt instructional strategies to meet student needs

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal special education regulations

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications :

Must hold a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (Mild / Moderate)

Temporary or pending licenses are not accepted

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field

Prior experience in an elementary setting is preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
