A great health center located just outside of Moses Lake, Washington is seeking a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join their team!

The Social Worker Job Details:

• Offer consultative support and guidance to medical providers and staff as a member of the Integrated Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding patient access to behavioral health services through brief, solution-focused interventions and by facilitating both internal and external referrals for specialized behavioral health care.
  

The Social Worker Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a Masters Degree in Social Work
  
• Possesses a license to provide behavioral health interventions/counseling
  
• LMHCA License required, LMHC/LICSW preferred
